A full non-refundable payment is required upon booking. Your reservation is only confirmed once payment has been processed.

Your booking is valid only for the selected date and time. Please ensure your details are correct before completing your payment.

Play sessions last for 2 hours. Please note that admission times may vary based on your booked session.

Pre-bookings are required to guarantee admission. We can only guarantee entry to pre-booked customers.

While seating will be provided, please note that your booking does not guarantee a table. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

All attendees, including spectators, must be paid for. No spectator discounts are available.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled session. This ensures you have plenty of time to settle in before the fun begins!

Vacate the premises by the end of your session to ensure the smooth transition for other guests.

Last food orders are taken 60 minutes before the end of your session. Please plan accordingly if you wish to enjoy a meal.

Your session includes both playtime and food time, and no extension of session times is allowed.

If you are eligible for a discount or concession, proof must be presented upon entry. Failing to do so will result in the full ticket price being charged.

Booking confirmation must be presented upon arrival, either digitally or in printed form. Please keep your entry receipt/booking confirmation with you.

Only food and drink purchased from FUNDA Land may be consumed on the premises.

No food or drink is allowed on the play equipment for safety and hygiene reasons.

All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18+). The responsible adult must remain within the building at all times.

No child will be admitted without an accompanying adult, and vice versa.

FUNDA Land is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings. Please take care of your items while enjoying the activities.

FUNDA Land staff are responsible for monitoring the use of equipment. However, parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their children during their visit.

FUNDA Land reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest from the premises if their behavior negatively impacts the safety or enjoyment of others. This may be enforced through police action if required.

We reserve the right to close play equipment (including slides and frames) at any time for maintenance or safety reasons, without compensation. We will make efforts to inform you of any non-availability of equipment prior to admission.

FUNDA Land may take photographs during your visit for promotional purposes. By booking, you consent to the use of your images.

If you prefer not to have your photo taken, please notify FUNDA Land before your session. No drones are allowed on the premises without prior approval.

FUNDA Land reserves the right to alter times, prices, menus, and equipment without notice.

Always follow instructions and equipment guidelines provided by our staff.

For hygiene, shoes must be removed before entering the play areas. Adults and children must wear socks at all times. Socks are available for purchase at reception.

The toddler play area is for children under 3 years old. Children over the age of 3 will be asked to leave unless supervising a younger sibling.

Adults are permitted to use only age-appropriate equipment depending on the children they accompany.

Be aware that Lazer Tag is played in a dark, loud environment with flashing lights, music, and smoke effects. It may not be suitable for those who are pregnant, or for individuals with asthma, epilepsy, heart, or lung conditions.
