Do I Need To Provide An EHCP? 📄✨
FUNDA requests an EHCP (Education, Health, and Care Plan) if your child has one. This helps us understand and meet their specific needs during activities. 👶💡
However, if your child does not have an EHCP, we still ask for any support plans and additional information that can help us better support your child. This could include:
Behaviour management plans
Medical needs or allergies
Communication needs
Other relevant information 📑
We also welcome supporting information from children who have an EHCP to ensure we’re providing the best care and support possible during the Break Time activities. 💖
