Yes, before your child attends FUNDA, we do need some important information to ensure we provide the best support and care. Here’s what we’ll need:
SEN Information, Medical Info, or Allergies 🏥:
When adding your child, you'll be asked for details about any Special Educational Needs (SEN), medical conditions, or allergies your child may have. This helps us make sure we’re fully prepared to support them safely.EHCP (If Applicable) 📄:
If your child has an EHCP (Education, Health, and Care Plan), we will need a copy of it. Please email this to us so we can tailor our support to their specific needs.Support Plan 💡:
To further support your child, we ask for a support plan. This helps our coaches understand how to best meet your child’s needs in different environments or situations.If your child doesn’t have a support plan from their school, we would appreciate a "Things You Need to Know About Me" sheet. 📝 This sheet can include helpful information, such as:
Triggers (things that may cause stress or anxiety)
Support Measures (strategies or actions to help your child feel supported)
Calming Actions (ways to help your child calm down if needed)
