Thanks to your feedback, we’ve made some exciting improvements to enhance your experience! Here’s what’s new:

We’ve upgraded to a new system to streamline communication and provide faster support.
2️⃣ AI-Powered Help Centre 🤖
Ask our bot anything through the chat icon on any of our websites! It’s designed to save you time by answering your questions. (It’s still learning, so bear with it as it improves!)
3️⃣ New Messenger on Our Websites 💬
Access quick support via the chat icon in the bottom right corner of any FUNDA website.
4️⃣ New WhatsApp Communication 📱
Skip long email threads and message us directly on WhatsApp at +1 555 705 0174 for quick help!
5️⃣ Improved Phone Call Handling ☎️
If your call isn’t answered within 1 minute, it will divert to another team who can provide basic advice, register a call-back, or contact the right person for you.

Our term-time office hours are:
Monday: 9:30 am - 2:30 pm
Tuesday: 9:30 am - 6 pm
Wednesday - Friday: 8 am - 6 pm
Outside these hours, calls are still answered by our extended team.

We’ve been busy improving our holiday camps based on your feedback. Starting February, here’s what to expect:
