Below is a easy breakdown so parents know exactly what their child will be doing throughout the day at FUNDA Holiday Camp.

Children are signed in and welcomed for the day.

They can settle in with structured play such as crafts, construction, reading, and simple games.


πŸ•€ 9:15am β€” Morning Welcome & Grouping

We go over our camp rules, expectations, and the theme of the day.

Children are placed into age-appropriate groups.


πŸ•˜ 9:25am β€” Icebreakers & Fun Games

A chance for children to warm up, make friends, and build confidence with fun icebreakers and team games.


πŸ•š 11:00am β€” Snack Break

A short break for a snack, drink, and toilet.


πŸ•œ 11:20pm β€” Theme Activity

The main themed activity for the day (e.g., Superheroes, Olympics, space, dinosaurs, creative challenges).

Children take part in:

Parents will start arriving to pick up their children, ensuring 1 coach is ready to sign out children.


πŸ•“ 4:00pm β€” Inflatable Fun & Games!

Children enjoy inflatable time and exciting races plus games with their friends and coaches.

3-4x set games where children can choose which they play. Junior leaders helping to support games whilst staff sign out children.


πŸ•Ÿ 4:45pm – 6:00pm β€” Structured Indoor Games & Activities

Children who stay later take part in calm, engaging, indoor structured activities, such as:

  • Arts & crafts

  • Board games
    ​

  • Team-building games
    ​

  • Puzzles, creative stations
    ​

  • Music games
    ​

  • Story corner and reading zones
    ​

  • Small movement games (parachute, skittles, target games)
