π 8:00am β Arrival & Structured Play
Children are signed in and welcomed for the day.
They can settle in with structured play such as crafts, construction, reading, and simple games.
π€ 9:15am β Morning Welcome & Grouping
We go over our camp rules, expectations, and the theme of the day.
Children are placed into age-appropriate groups.
π 9:25am β Icebreakers & Fun Games
A chance for children to warm up, make friends, and build confidence with fun icebreakers and team games.
π 11:00am β Snack Break
A short break for a snack, drink, and toilet.
π 11:20pm β Theme Activity
The main themed activity for the day (e.g., Superheroes, Olympics, space, dinosaurs, creative challenges).
π 11:40am β Physical Activities & Sports
Children take part in:
Sports skills

βPhysical challenges
βFUNDA active learning activities
Activities are adapted for age, ability, and weather.
π 1:00pm β Lunchtime & Structured Playtime
Children enjoy lunch (packed lunch from home).

More fun competitions, team games, and sporting challenges, designed for all abilities.

Toilet, snack and drinks break.
π 3:00pm β Games & Challenges Continue
More activities to keep children active, engaged, and having fun.

Daily celebration time with:

We praise effort, kindness, teamwork, and positive behaviour.
π 4:00pm β Sign Out Begins
Parents will start arriving to pick up their children, ensuring 1 coach is ready to sign out children.
π 4:00pm β Inflatable Fun & Games!
Children enjoy inflatable time and exciting races plus games with their friends and coaches.
3-4x set games where children can choose which they play. Junior leaders helping to support games whilst staff sign out children.
π 4:45pm β 6:00pm β Structured Indoor Games & Activities
Children who stay later take part in calm, engaging, indoor structured activities, such as:
Arts & crafts
βBoard games
βTeam-building games
βPuzzles, creative stations
βMusic games
βStory corner and reading zones
βSmall movement games (parachute, skittles, target games)
Activities at this time are designed to be safe, relaxed and enjoyable at the end of a busy day.
