Why Can’t I See My Preferred Session Time? 🤔⏰
We often receive enquiries such as:
"I’d like to book the 3:30pm session today, but I can only see 1:30pm available — why is this?"
If a session time is not visible on the booking system, this usually means one of the following:
✅ The session is fully booked
✅ The provision is closed at that time
✅ The session has been reserved for a private hire, which temporarily removes it from public booking
Our booking system only displays sessions that are currently available, so if you can’t see a specific time slot, unfortunately it is no longer open for online booking.
However, we’re always happy to help where we can! 😊
