How to Pay for Your FUNDA Booking Using Universal Credit

Find out how to pay for your FUNDA booking using Universal Credit childcare support, including how to claim back your eligible childcare costs and what you need to do after making your booking.

If you’re eligible, Universal Credit can reimburse up to 85% of your childcare costs.

How it works:

When making your FUNDA booking, you’ll need to pay for the booking in full at checkout using one of the available payment methods.

Once you have paid, you can email [email protected] or call our office on 01282 525 200 to request a Universal Credit Childcare Letter.

Your letter will include all the relevant information Universal Credit needs, including:

  • Your child’s booking dates

  • The cost of your childcare

  • How you paid

  • FUNDA’s Ofsted registration number

  • FUNDA’s registered address

We’ll then send the completed letter to you, which you can submit to Universal Credit through your online account to support your childcare costs claim.

⚠️ Please note: Universal Credit claims and reimbursements are managed by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP). FUNDA can provide the required evidence, but we cannot process or guarantee your reimbursement.
