If you’re a student receiving the Childcare Grant, you can use your CCGPS account to pay for your FUNDA childcare.
Before making a payment, you’ll need to link FUNDA as your childcare provider using:
Postcode: BB12 0AN
CCG Reference: CCG2382798
FUNDA will appear as FUNDA Sports, Physical Activity Holiday Camps & Childcare.
Once you have linked FUNDA:
📞 Contact our office on 01282 525 200 or email [email protected] with proof that FUNDA has been linked to your CCGPS account.
Once we have located you on the CCGPS system, we can add CCGPS as a payment method to your FUNDA account.
You can then make your bookings and select CCGPS as your payment method.
How the payment approval works
FUNDA submits the payment request to the Childcare Grant Payment Service.
You will receive a notification from CCGPS asking you to review and approve the payment.
You must approve the payment through your CCGPS account for the payment to proceed.
Once CCGPS approves the payment and FUNDA receives the funds, our Finance Team will reconcile the payment against your account.
Your outstanding bookings will then be cleared from your FUNDA account.
⚠️ Please remember: You’ll need to re-link FUNDA at the start of each academic year (usually September) or when starting a new course.
