At FUNDA, we strive to provide exceptional childcare services with transparency and fairness in our payment policies. Please take a moment to review the key policies below.
1οΈβ£ Booking Policy π
Non-Refundable Payments:
All bookings are final and non-refundable. βπ· No refunds, transfers, or credits are available for cancellations or changes, regardless of personal circumstances.
π Reason: Staffing and venue arrangements are confirmed at the time of booking. Depending on the session, additional costs may also be incurred in advance.

Closure Policy for Unforeseen Circumstances βοΈβ οΈ
In cases where closures are beyond our control β such as government mandates or severe weather conditions (e.g., heavy snow) β FUNDA will not be able to refund, credit, or transfer payments for childcare services.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during these rare situations. π
3οΈβ£ Outstanding Balances π³
Registered Payment Methods:
FUNDA may charge the payment method on file for any outstanding or overdue balances.
Late Payment Fee:
A Β£10.00 admin charge will be applied for each overdue payment.
4οΈβ£ Late Collection Policy β³
Late Collection Fees:
A Β£10.00 fee applies if a child is collected after their scheduled time.
π’ Additional Fees:
For every 15-minute delay, an additional Β£10.00 will be charged.
Example: Collecting 30 minutes late = Β£30.00 (Β£10 initial fee + Β£20 for two increments).
5οΈβ£ Absences πΈ
No Refund for Missed Sessions:
Refunds, credits, or transfers are not provided for sessions missed due to illness, holidays, or other personal reasons.
6οΈβ£ Cancellation & Booking Changes π
Non-Cancellable & Non-Transferable:
Bookings are locked in for the selected dates, sessions, and children. No changes or transfers will be accepted once a booking is confirmed.
7οΈβ£ Payment Methods π³
Payments must be made in full at the time of booking through FUNDAβs secure payment system.

Electronic payments
8οΈβ£ Financial Assistance π‘
Families may explore external financial assistance options, such as:
Tax-Free Childcare (TFC)
Childcare Vouchers
Government subsidies
Please note: FUNDA does not offer internal financial aid or payment plans.
9οΈβ£ Suspension or Banning of Children π«
No Refunds for Suspensions/Bans:
If a child is suspended or banned due to behavioral issues, safety concerns, or policy violations, no refunds, credits, or transfers will be provided for unused sessions.
π Causes for Suspension/Banning:
Persistent disruptive behavior
Aggression towards staff or other children
Repeated rule violations
These decisions are made to ensure the safety and well-being of all involved.
