Important Update: Sign-In/Out System Changes from 1st July 2025

Dear Parents,

As of 1st July 2025, the software we currently use for child sign-in and sign-out is closing its access to European customers. This means Pro-care will no longer be available to use or access from this date onwards.

โœ… Whatโ€™s Changing?

We are introducing a new PIN code system for both our Holiday Camps and Wraparound Childcare services. Every account holder will still use a 4-character PIN code, which now could be:

  • Numbers only (e.g. 1234)

  • Letters only (e.g. ABCD)

  • A mix of both (e.g. 12CD)

This code will be your unique sign-in and sign-out PIN which is for all bookings. One code for Holiday Camps, and if you use our Wraparound Childcare, it will be the same code.

๐Ÿ” Where to Find Your PIN

You can access your new PIN code in two ways:

From 30th June, 5pm โ€“ You can log in to your account:

Once logged in, click on the "Pins" tab in the top navigation bar to:

  • View your current PIN

  • Generate a new PIN if you'd prefer a different one

From 2nd July onwards โ€“ Your 4-character PIN will appear on your email receipt when you make a booking.

๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘ง Collector PINs

Each childโ€™s account also has Collector PINs for anyone else who is authorised to collect your child. You can:

  • Remove collectors at any time

  • Generate new Collector PINs whenever needed
    โ€‹



โณ Timed PINs

We now offer Timed PINs, perfect for temporary arrangements.
For example, if you're running late and need a friend or relative to collect your child, you can issue them a PIN that expires:

  • After 1 day

  • After 7 days

  • On a custom date

This means theyโ€™ll have access only when needed, without a permanent code.

๐Ÿ“ง Accident & Incident Reports

For now, all accident, incident, and general notifications will be sent to you via email from the updated system. Weโ€™ll soon introduce web-based notifications as well for added convenience.

We understand this is a new system for everyone โ€” parents and staff alike. We expect the transition on Tuesday 1st July to be smooth, and families attending during summer should experience no disruption.
