How to add an additional collector 📝
Step 1: Log in 🔐
Go to 👉 https://www.fundaactive.com and log in to your FUNDA account.
Step 2: Open PINS 📲
Tap ➕ Add PIN and select Add a Collector.
Step 3: Enter details 📝
Enter the new collector’s details and their relationship to your child.
Step 4: Save ✔️
Tap Next to save. A unique PIN will be generated for the collector 🔢
Step 5: Check 👀
View the new collector in your Approved Collectors list.
Why is the PIN system important? 🔒
For safeguarding reasons, anyone without a PIN will not be permitted to collect your child. 🚫👶
This measure is in place to protect your child and ensure that only authorized individuals are allowed access to them.
If someone arrives to collect your child and does not have their assigned PIN, they will be asked to leave the site, ensuring your child’s safety remains a priority. 🚨👮♀️
Peace of mind with notifications 📲
When the additional person uses their assigned PIN to collect your child, you will receive an instant notification for added security and peace of mind. 🔔💬
This allows you to track who is picking up your child and ensures you’re always in the loop.

In the event of an emergency, you may choose to provide a trusted person with your unique PIN to collect your child. ⚠️🔑 This is entirely at your discretion and gives you flexibility when unexpected situations arise.
