As Part of Our Safeguarding Policy, FUNDA Will:

✅ Role Awareness 🤝: Ensure all staff and volunteers understand their roles in safeguarding.

✅ Action & Support 🤗: Take immediate, appropriate action if incidents or concerns of abuse arise. Offer support to those who disclose or raise concerns.
✅ Recordkeeping 📝🔒: Maintain confidential, detailed, and secure records of all safeguarding concerns.
✅ Prevent Unsuitable Recruitment 🚫👷: Ensure unsuitable individuals are not employed or deployed in any capacity.
✅ Implement Robust Safeguarding Procedures 🛠️: Operate with strong safeguarding systems to prevent risks and uphold children’s welfare.
Accountability & Compliance ⚖️📜
Our safeguarding policy is mandatory for everyone involved with FUNDA. Non-compliance will be addressed immediately and may result in dismissal or exclusion from the organisation. ❗🚫
