As Part of Our Safeguarding Policy, FUNDA Will:

✅ Prevent Unsuitable Recruitment 🚫👷: Ensure unsuitable individuals are not employed or deployed in any capacity.
✅ Implement Robust Safeguarding Procedures 🛠️: Operate with strong safeguarding systems to prevent risks and uphold children’s welfare.

Our safeguarding policy is mandatory for everyone involved with FUNDA. Non-compliance will be addressed immediately and may result in dismissal or exclusion from the organisation. ❗🚫
