Parent PINs Update – Easier Collection Process 15th August 2025

Updated over a month ago

We’ve made a change to make managing your PINs easier and quicker.

✨ What’s changed?

Previously, approved collectors and emergency contacts had to be added under each child, meaning they had a separate PIN for each child – tricky to remember!

From today at 11:00AM, collectors and emergency contacts will be managed in the PINS section of your account.
Now you can:

  • ➕ Add a collector or emergency contact once

  • 👨‍👩‍👧 Select which children they are authorised to collect

  • 🔐 They will have one single PIN for all the children you select

⚠️ Important

Any old PINs for collectors/emergency contacts will no longer work from 12pm today. You will need to login to your account and follow the process below to avoid disruption, alternatively dependant on each families circumstances you may share your account holder PIN which will remain unchanged.

This change means each collector/emergency contact will only need one PIN instead of several.

We understand it’s not ideal for this to happen midday, but unfortunately this timing is out of our control. Thank you for your understanding and quick action.

🛠 Action needed

Because this update is going live today, you’ll need to re-add your collectors/emergency contacts. This will only take 2 minutes.

📋 Step-by-step: Adding a New Collector or Emergency Contact

  1. 🔓 Log in to your account: book.fundaactive.com/login

  2. 📍 Click PINS in the menu

  3. ➕ Click Add PIN

  4. ✏️ Enter the collector/emergency contact’s full name and their own contact number

    • ‼ Important: The number must belong to that person and must not already be used anywhere else on your account

  5. 👨‍👩‍👧 Select which children they are authorised to collect

  6. 💾 Save and provide the code to your collector/emergency contact

  7. ♻ Edit later if needed – you can return to the PINS area anytime to:

    • Add more children to their access

    • Remove children

    • Delete the collector if no longer needed
